Refund Policy

We will do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a refund or return, please contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc.


Returning is accepted within 7 days from the date you received the orders. If you want to return your items, pls contact us to get the shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


They can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects:

Severe stains, zipper failures, tears and damage, poor material quality, significant color differences, significant differences between the photographed product and the product received. If you encounter the above problems, please provide your order number and reason for return to our customer service staff.


No return or exchange under these situations:

1. You received the items more than 7 days.

2. Ordering the wrong size through your own mistake.

3. We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered.

4. We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and payment will be returned to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.


If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before we ship it, once it is shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
