• How long is the shipping time?

• Why is my shipping information not updated?

When we ship the package to you, since your package is in transit, the shipping company will not provide further updates. So when it's not moving, It's on the way from our warehouse to the transferstation. Once it reaches the next sorting facility, it will be updated. Once it is shipped from us, it may take a few days (Usually5-10 days) to see any activity. Sometimes it takes some time to update the information, don't worry, you just have to wait patiently.


• Duties & Taxes

All international duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout (According to our experience, most countries do not need to pay taxes)

If the package is seized or lost for other reasons in transit, please contact us with valid proof, we will provide solutions.


• How to cancel or change my order?

Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.

It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

To cancel a paid order, you will need to contact us and send all the necessary information. We cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled.


• How to change/modify my order?

We can only update your shipping address before shipment.

To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment.
